Widely known for facilitating innovative, optimally structured, competitive and fast finance solutions, Ross is our Sales Director extraordinaire.

Through his accounting expertise and a thorough, conservative mindset, Brad ensures strong risk management and uncompromising precision with respect to transaction settlement and financial reporting.

Our founding director and respected former Chairman, Mark Pierce, brings incredible depth of expertise in banking and wholesale funding. With over 25 years’ experience in global and domestic banks, including Westpac, Macquarie Bank, Rabobank and Credit Suisse, followed by the establishment of his own debt advisory business, Mark expertly manages Medpro’s flexible, highly commercial funding facilities.

Prior to joining Medpro as its General Manager, Natasha held a number of senior roles, including with ANZ Wealth, AMP and Investec Bank. Natasha oversees all Medpro business functions, acting as an enabler for operational efficiency, sustainable business growth, product development, marketing and managing a dedicated and empowered team.

As our Head of Credit, Heman brings with him over 15 years of experience in credit and risk, having worked on transactions of up to $35M and managed exposures across a broad commercial portfolio. Prior to joining Medpro, Heman played an integral role in building and scaling the credit decisioning function at Prospa, prior to the company’s IPO.

Through her 15 years of experience and strong capability in credit applications and operations, Tatiana provides extensive support for our referrers, clients and client service function.
